The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has permitted the Vietnam Institute of Culture and Arts Studies, the Vietnam Cultural Center in France in coordination with Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provincial Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism to popularize quan ho folklore in France.

The Viet Nam tourism’s target of welcoming around 5.3 to 5.5 millions international visitors in 2011 has been over-fulfilled.
